FAQ

I cannot find my tickets in my account

Sometimes it happens that one person creates more than one User account, with different email addresses, or with a Facebook account and email address.
While you are logged in to one account, your tickets might be in another account.
Please send your purchase confirmation number to us, and we will help to locate your tickets!

I have not received my tickets by email

Please log in to Your Buyer Account, to view and print your tickets.
(When you make a purchase, you receive a confirmation message by email, not actual tickets)

Making changes

Use Your Seller Account page to make changes to your pages.
You cannot change any essential information regarding events that are already on sale. For example, you cannot change the venue address, name of production, or performance time.
You can edit descriptions and notes, and upload posters after the event is published.

Admitting the audience

The seller receives a list of buyers for every event.
This list states the unique ticket numbers, seat locations, and names of people who will attend.
For arranged seating, the seller can print out a printer-friendly version of a seating chart with seats marked as available, sold online, sold at the office, reserved by the seller, and 'not for sale'. It is handy for selling the remainder of the tickets at the door.
The seller can print sheets of door tickets. There is an option to print these tickets only for the seats that are still available. No need to order pre-printed tickets for your event: OnStage Direct website will generate them for you.

Scanning ticket barcodes at the door

To scan ticket barcodes you will need a device with a built-in camera and Internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data plan). A smartphone, iPod, iPhone, or tablet will work.
Upon each scan, the mobile screen will show either "Valid ticket", "Duplicate ticket" or an error message if a ticket barcode is not valid for this event.
Scanner Statistics is available at your Seller Account. It will show the number of tickets scanned, details about each scan, and a list of tickets with "Duplicate" status.
If the barcode is not printed on the ticket, you will be able to enter a ticket number manually.
